Senior Designer with 20 years of experience in creating interfaces, I am passionate about innovative products. I bring my creativity with intuitive and enjoyable ergonomics, transforming your ideas into exceptional digital experiences.
Currently a Lead Designer at Thales, I have the privilege of managing a team of 12 designers with diverse backgrounds. Together, we shape complex digital products at the intersection of technology, people, and strategy. My role blends creative leadership with mentoring and collective alignment, ensuring our design vision remains both coherent and inspiring.
My journey has led me through many sides of the craft: freelancer, teacher, project lead, interface designer, and team coach. What drives me today is giving purpose to design, crafting experiences that resonate with users, and helping those around me grow along the way.
